BBQ Baked Beans
The video above shows how to make beenie weenies inside but beenie weenies cooked BBQ style is absolutely delishious!


Our grill is never without a cast iron skillet
of BBQ Baked Beans!  It's the perfect grill taste.

Cheesy BBQ Baked Beans with Grilled Sausage

2 large cans Campbell's pork and beans
1 lb. kilbosa sausage
1  large vidalia onion
1/2 cup catchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Grill sausage on the grill then slice into bit sizes. Add to ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and diced vidalia onions. Add the 2 cans of beans. Pour into black cast-iron skillet and put back on the grill.  Drizzle BBQ sauce over the top.  If your a cheese lover add 1 cup of grated cheese on top.

Baked Beans with Rainbow Salsa

3 large cans Campbell's pork and beans
2 large tomato or 1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 Large vidalia onion
1 large red bell pepper
1 large yellow bell pepper
1 large green bell pepper
1 large orange bell pepper
1 large jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup celantro
1/2 cup catchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoon mustard
5 slices of bacon
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Make you "Baked Bean Rainbow Salsa" first
Dice onions, all 4 bell peppers, tomatoes, jalapeno pepper and celantro.  Add lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper to taste and stir.  Place 1/2 cup to the side. This will be used to sprinkle on the top of dish right before placing in the oven. I have named this my "baked bean rainbow salsa"

Mix 3 cans of beans, remaining diced veggies, catchup, brown sugar, mustard, salt and pepper to taste and pore into a baking dish. Spread 1/2 cup of rainbow salsa on top then drizzle with 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce. The last ingredient is the crispy bacon. Fry and crumble bacon. Sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours

Triple Meat Baked Beans Casserole
3 large cans Campbell's pork and beans
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can of mushrooms
1 grated carrot
1 package of sausage or diced kilbosa sausage
5 fried strips of bacon crumbled
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 large vidalia onion
1 can of cheese soup
3/4 cup catchup
3/4  cup brown sugar (add more if you like it sweeter)
1/4 cup mustard
1 cup of cheese
a few dashes of woster sauce
BBQ sauce for drizzling on top

Brown all meat, carrots, mushrooms and onions together then drain, add ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, onion and soup mix. Mix well.  Add 3 large cans of beans, 1 can of crushed tomatoes. 1 can of cheese soup. (add water and more catcup if to thick) Salt and Pepper to taste. Pour into large flat baking pot and drizzle top with BBQ sauce.  Spread layer of cheese. If you feel like it, fry up more strips of bacon and crumble on top of the dish. It looks beautiful!

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
If you think you added to much liquid, simply bake an extra 15 minutes.

This is great served with buttered mashed potatoes and crusty bread.

BBQ Baked Beans with Ground Beef

2 large cans Campbell's pork and beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix or 1 large vidalia onion
1/2 cup catchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Brown ground beef and drain, add ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and onion soup mix. Add the ground beef. Pour into casserole and drizzle BBQ sauce over all.

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

Just open 2 large cans of Bush Baked Beans and add onions and grilled sausage!

Coca-Cola Baked Beans
2 cans great northern beans - 16oz.
1/2 can coca-cola
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
6 strips of bacon

Saute 2 strips of bacon with onion and green pepper til lightly browned. Drain off fat, then stir in all other ingredients except for the remaining bacon.. Bring to a boil. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Place remaining bacon strips on top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
