Mix one cup of coffee with one of cold water, beat together and add six cups of boiling water. Boil three minutes, stir and add one-fourth cup of very cold water to settle.

COWBOY COFFEE
Heat fresh water over an open campfire. Add one fist-full of coffee for each cup of water. Bring to a boil and then add a splash of cold water to settle the grounds. There is no such thing as strong coffee, only weak people.

Milky Way Cappuccino
2 shots of espresso
1 shot of chocolate syrup
1 shot of caramel syrup
Pour coffee and flavoring into cup. Fill with steamed milk. Top with foam.

OUR FAVORITE!

Caffe Latte
Add steamed milk (150-170 F) to a freshly drawn shot of espresso. Finish with a quarter inch of foamed milk. NOTE: Some like to add the shot of espresso last. Pour slowly into the center of the cup. If desired, sprinkle with chocolate or cinnamon.

Caffe Mocha
Start with a long pour of mocha syrup to thoroughly coat the bottom of the cup. Follow with a shot of espresso and then add steamed milk (150-170 F). Crown with a generous scoop of whipped cream and lightly sprinkle with sweet ground cocoa.

French Kiss
In an Irish coffee type mug, add 1/2 oz of vanilla syrup, 1/2 oz of caramel syrup. Add hot milk so it floats over the syrup, than add 1 shot of espresso so it floats over the milk. Add whip cream and top it off with fine pink sugar.

Vanilla Latte or Cappuccino
Proceed in normal making of latte or capp, but before steaming milk, add one to two tbsp (to taste) of powdered Vanilla. Steam milk, make latte or cappuccino

Irish/hot
2 servings - 2 cups strong coffee.
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice.
whipped cream

1. Mix coffee, orange juice and lemon juice
2. Pour into Irish whiskey glass
3. Top with whipped cream

Mediterranean/hot
8 servings - 8 cups strong coffee
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 teaspoon aniseed (tied in cheesecloth)
20 cloves
4 cinnamon sticks
whipped cream
orange and lemon twists

1. Place coffee, sugar, chocolate syrup, aniseed, cloves and cinnamon into a sauce pan
2. Heat to 200 F degrees over medium heat
3. Strain into mugs
4. Top with whipped cream and twists

Mexican Mocha/hot
4 servings - 1 1/2 cups strong coffee
4 teaspoons chocolate syrup
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream

1. Put 1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup into each cup
2. Mix Whipping cream, 1/4 teaspoon of the cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
3. Whip until you have soft peaks
4. Place the last 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon into coffee, and stir
5. Pour coffee into cups, stir to mix in chocolate syrup
6. Top with whipped cream mixture.

.WINTER COFFEE & CHOCOLATE
I POT OF STRONG COFFEE (of your liking)
1 bar of dark chocolate (100 grams)
a few cloves
cinnamon bark
brown soft sugar
vanilla sauce
almond extract
Coffee Liquer of your liking (Sheridans black & white)

Instructions: Take a cup of coffee and brake the chocolate into pieces and melt together.  When all the chocolate is melted add sugar about 1 Tablespoon per mug, stir, add 3 drops of almond extract, add the coffee-stirring so it stays smooth.  Add cloves to the coffee-mix.  Put some cinnamon bark in each mug.  Pour the coffee-mix into mugs and top with coffee-liquer and vanilla sauce. ENJOY

  EGG NOG COFFEE
1 quart of egg nog
1 pot of strong coffee

Instructions: use egg nog as your coffee creamer.

Simple -easy-very good tasting!

GROG
3 CUPS OF COFFEE (more or less to you liking)
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of softened butter
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
peal of 1 large orange broken into sections
peal of 1 large lemon broken into sections

*Place 1 piece of each section into each mug
*mix butter-sugar-cloves-nutmeg and cinnamon
*mix coffee and cream
*pore GROG into mugs and serve hot

Chocolate Orange
Juice from one half of med. sized orange in large cup. Place several squares of semi- to sweet chocolate in cup. Pour dark roast coffee over top. Stir well to melt chocolate. Can also use two shots of espresso and rest of cup dark roast coffee.

Calypso Coffee
1/3 cup of Malibu Liquer  (with coconut taste), also available without alcohol.
1 tall cup HOT STRONG COFFEE
whipped cream w/vanilla extract
brown sugar to sprinkle on top

Instructions: Heat cup with hot water/empty out.  Add liquer, coffee, a spoonful of whipped cream & sprinkle the sugar on top.

Mexican Coffee
  I BIG CUP Strong Coffee
tequila (can be omitted)
red chili powder & a straw
brown soft sugar
whipped cream
chocolate

Instructions: Preheat cup, add 1/2-1 Tablespoon sugar, half fill the cup with coffee-stir, dab straw into the chili powder & add to the coffee, add the tequila 1/4-cup, fill up with coffee, place the whipped cream on top & sprinkle ground chocolate on top.
Some take it hotter than others so feel free to experiment, also the TEQUILA can be dropped, but add some non-alcoholic extract instead.

Fire Side Coffee
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon and 1-3/4 teaspoons powdered non-dairy creamer
1 tablespoon and 1/2 teaspoon instant hot chocolate mix
1 tablespoon and 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation:
1. Sift together creamer, hot chocolate mix, instant coffee, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into a jar and seal with a lid. 2. To prepare: Stir 3 teaspoons of mixture into 1 cup of hot water. Adjust to taste.

Serves: 4

Molasses Cleaner-Upper

Smileeeeeeee!
To one cup of your favorite coffee, add a tablespoon of molasses. Stir in some 2% lactaid milk. Not only does this taste good, but it will also improve your "colon hygiene"!

Moffatt Mochacino
Any type of coffee you like
Hot chocolate
Sugar
Whipped Cream
Fill coffee mug 3/4 full with coffee. Stir in 3 or more heaping tablespoons of hot chocolate mix, depending on your taste. Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of sugar. Fill rest of glass with whipped cream. Enjoy!!! Drink History: This drink is called Moffatt Mochacino, because it is sweet - just like The Moffatts!
