Cheese Nibble
Did you know that a lot of people don't know they can eat the rind of Brie cheese!
Brie cheese, made from raw or pasteurized, whole or skim milk, has an edible white rind, which may have pale brown edges, and a cream-colored interior, which is buttery-soft when at the peak of ripeness. For the best flavor, choose Brie from France. Store the ripe Brie in the refrigerator and use within a few days.
